While in Estes Valley, I had the opportunity to visit Camp St Malo and see the Chapel of St Catherine. It was a cloudy day as I set up my easel to paint the Church on the Rocks (as it is known). Sun came out delightfully just when I needed to observe light on the Chapel. It was a quiet and joyful time spent capturing the beauty of this structure.
