Painted in oils from a road trip across the Mojave Desert. I wanted to capture the feeling of the desert as a large void, a place one crosses. Much like space the desert is a harsh place of great beauty. The Airstream brings back memories of a deep romance I had with space travel and all the promises it held earlier in my life.
