This painting was done on location from life. I did it in the Swartberg Mountains, South Africa. These majestic mountains speaks to me in so many ways. The size, atmosphere and incredible reflected light is an ongoing inspiration. In this painting my intention was to capture the atmospheric perspective and incredible reflected light.
