Guardians of the Green

A wonderful golf course in Southern California...was a delight to capture! Never played golf, but what gorgeous area of "saved open beauty"!! If you look closely, you can see a few golfers...which I only painted, in order to give the GRAND scale of this magnificent tree, standing guard of it's gorgeous domain! As with all of my plein air paintings, the only thing done in the studio, was signing it!
